RETURN POLICY

What is the process and the deadline returning my order Make your return within 14 days from the day you received your order. In order to make your return, it is necessary for the product to be in excellent condition with their tag, the order receipt and the special return forms.

IN THE CASE OF THE RETURN, YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO:

1. To Exhange with the same or other product from the shop. (Is valid only for order within Greece)

2. To exchange with the same or other product through our e-shop. You can exchange at the e-shop once you have made your initial order from there. You have the option to send your parcel back with any shipping you wish as the charge is yours. The parcel must include

a. The product you wish to return

Your receipt *To reserve/keep the product, with which you wish to change for, you must place a new order following the same process of a regular cash on delivery order, just to deduct the amount/balance resulting from your returned items, you must place the word ‘’change’’ to the ‘’comment’’ section. Let us inform you that the final amount with the credit will not be shown to you automatically while making your order, but will be reduced from our accounting after the processing of your return. You are obliged to send the product in the same perfect condition in which you received it, without having violated its packaging and confirming that the tags haven’t been removed. Also, you must send us, along with the product, the retail receipt. In the case you wish to return malfunction products, and they are covered by warrantee from www.ziniboutique.com/shop, then you return the product and the customer service of www.ziniboutique.com/shop will contact you and will inform you about the repair process of the specific product or its replacement, if it can't be repaired.

 The above doesn’t apply in case of a malfunction product that has warranty directly from the manufacturer or his representative. In any case before returning products, for any reason, contact our customer service. Order Cancelation The order can be cancelled in the following cases:

  1. Before your order is completed, during the process of your electronic order, you can remove the quantities of the product from your shopping bag by pressing the delete button and then refresh the page. Meanwhile, you can change the quantity of your products you have chosen to zero.
  2. 2. If your order has been completed but the product hasn’t been shipped yet to your place you can call us on +30 2310220443 and one of our partners will undertake the cancellation of your order.
  3. 3. After receiving the product, call us on +30 2310220443 or contact us through email on [email protected] stating the reason, you wish to cancel your order and one of our partners will undertake the cancellation of your order.
  4. 4. In case your order has already been invoiced and you wished to cancel it, then contact our customer service on +30 2310220443 and provide your order details. One of our partners will undertake the cancellation of your order and will inform you about all your choices.
